I went into this place and have never met such a rude and disrespectful manager (which her name is Diana) in my life. She figures since she has to not answer to no one that she can go around treating the customer any kind of way she feels. First off, she cheated me out of my pair of glasses by purposely marking them up with miscellaneous add ons hoping I would not catch it afterwards when I looked at my receipt. While waiting on her to help me out, she moved very slow and had a very nasty attitude about herself in which she pretends to forget things "purposely" and then acts like she did not hear some of my questions I had asked her. She needs to be fired from United Optical because she is ruining the repetition of how to provide great customer service and I will not have any of my clients including myself receive any eyeglasses from that location unless she is not working there anymore. PEOPLE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

I have used United Optical on several occasions. Most recently, I purchased my Aunt from Antigua two pairs of glasses. She loves them and I love the customer service and prices. I recommend United Optical to all my friends for their optical needs.
