My overall experience was ok however I will never go back to the richmond mall location. 1. When I scheduled my appointment over the phone for Sunday at 2:30. I get to the office and was told the doctor left 15 min ago because my appointment was at 2. I was very upset considering weekends are my only off days. Supposedly no contact info was entered on my appointment, so I rescheduled and completed everything for the next weekend. 2. Doctor was awesome! He seen me and my 2 kids 3. Last but not least, the absolute worse experience was with the eyeglass sales person. As a new customer and newer to wearing glasses within the last 4 years I was really disturbed with her hard core sales tatics. She rushed thru features and became very aggrivated when I questioned her which made me very uncomfortable and very supicious to the point I told her to remove all features and that I just want basic glasses with the 1 year insurance, she replied well thats a plastic frame thats going to be scratched and dented. She did not go over what to expect and how the process worked so when we spent almost 45 Minutes or so playing with numbers Im thinking its for me and my kids however that was just for me so I was even more upset when after removing everything just paying the copay and insurance that she had the nerve to ask for my card again. Needless to say this particular experience was really a disappointment for me. I had originally set appointments for me and my 4 daughters however 2 were not able to make it so I still purchased 3 pairs of glasses and if the process, features and pricing was presented properly I would have purchased the additional features plus rescheduled my other 2 daughters for examines and glasses. Even my 2 younger daughters that were with me was like mommy I cant believe the lady was getting smart with you. I have purchased other glasses before so even though I have not worn glasses no more than 4 years, I never been treated like I was dealing with a used car salesman trying to make a quota. If this is how customers are treated I will never return nor refer anyone here. Thank you!

I called to get hours eye doctor would be in. Girl tranferred me to the doctors office which went voice mail. I called back spoke with the manager who transferred me again to voice mail. You dont know the hours of the doctor? How hard is it to have this information on a recording since its not on your website. Or write it down daily since its a secret. Richmond Mall/ Merridth.
