I rented furniture in Dec 2015 and made my monthly payments although mostly late. Yes they come to your house and call your job and references when your late. And I hated that acspect of it but all in all Im happy that I was able to work which them. Mike the manager is a nice guy and understood my circumstances and worked with me in numerous occasions. Thanks again Mike for all of your help and making this year just a tad bit better. ( you just dont understand the amount of burden you lifters off my shoulders) I would do business with them again bc the monthly payments help when you dont qualify for financing at regular furniture stores.

Employee was going to charge me for optional services without asking - fortunately I caught it; I had asked if the rental was the price on the tag plus tax, if there were other "hidden" costs - but he didnt answer; tried to manipulate me into renting on a monthly basis when I wanted to do weekly - attempting yet again to get more money out of me up front; was not honest up front about the delivery date; insulted me when I inquired about renting another appliance by saying, "if you can afford it". Very uncomfortable experience.

This is by far the worst rent to own company Ive done business with. Never again.. Beware even though the service agreement is long dont go by what the sales person tells you make sure you read every word or you will be kicking yourself in the ass.
