Ive had a great experience with this company and they really helped us turn our saltwater tank around and get it looking good again. They took the time to educate me about the marine tank and help me make informed equipment purchases that I needed while avoiding products I didnt. Several times I asked them about purchasing something I had heard of and instead of going for the sale, they steered me away from the product I didnt really need. My only slight frustration is that when they special order things for me, I dont always get a phone call when it comes in, but I know its something theyre working on. :-)

Bluewater Zoo employees were very kind to me and special ordered for me without hesitation. There arent many local fish stores where I live, so having a top notch one like this nearby is fortunate! Forget the big-box stores and their poorly kept pets... Bluewater Zoo is where its at!
