I was in there a few days ago to return a defective gift that my son received for his birthday, truck didnt work. I had the receipt and the owner or manager (older male) refused to take it back. He claimed it was purchased at another location because the packaging didnt match the ones they have there. It was a $25 truck that he couldve easily sent back to the company since it was defective but he simply didnt want to be bothered and gave me some BS excuse. I brought the defective truck back home with me (NC) and the local Learning Express exchanged it for me WITHOUT any questions asked. I would never go there again, despite the great inventory of products, customer service was so bad!

This store manager was rude and refused to take Learning Express coupons. He even had a sign displayed stating that they even take competitors coupons and yet wouldnt take their own coupon. Save the drive and your money and go to Michaels for the same stuff and no hassle.
