customer service is very different if you are buying something Or Returning something .... they said they have a problem in their visa system in the middle.of the transaction they couldnt get the money back to my card they wanted me to get the balance store credit ..STOrE CREdIt for a closed item . never opened cost 169.00 finally the rudest manager i ve ever seen decided to give the refund in cash but she was GIving me a lesson YOU kNow what im not supposed to give you cash cause it might be your CaRD she was almost yelling and keep pushing the register in a nervous way . the other guy said its system visa down .. she lied and said she has no trouble with any other one but she didnt recognize me and my baby we were waiting for her to come for almost 15 min to come and solve this and alot of customers was complaining for the same.reason that the system down ... and the guy refunded the amount first without tax it could be Your problems not mine .. the manager name was kristine I Think. april 26th

I have been shopping at a number of different Toys r Us stores recently and without a doubt this is the best one in South Florida. Very often I will have complicated questions about products Im looking for and CoryAnn is there for me every time with a smile on her face. When its time to check out I always look for Meagans lane......no matter how many items Im ringing up or gift cards and credit cards I ask to use she is happy to help me out. Even the difficult tax exempt forms I ask her to process for me she and CoryAnn do for me effortlessly and with a smile. They are 2 of the best retail employees Ive ever had the pleasure of working with. Gold Stars for both, and thank you very much for all you do for me. Yosef S.

They never have more than one register open, but they have 3 employees restocking shelves. It took 21 minutes to check out. Today I saw a uniformed employee apparently sleeping on the electronics counter. Then the one cashier that was working stopped doing anything for 4 minutes waiting on "an override", however nobody was aware of his need till somebody else who "worked" there asked what he was doing. Then they fumbled for about another 3 minutes. Then a manager came and did it in 12 seconds.I would rather shop at Walmart, and I hate that place.

We needed help finding stuff that was actually not on the floor only in the back...Chris was a big help with our black Friday shopping, and actually helped us find find other baby items sold out online, and got us the last one @ our area... without him we would have went to other place to spend our money. Again I was impressed with Chris customer help, something u rarely find this days.

pickup service is the worst.... waited 25 mins + to get something that was suppose to be ready for pickup. also had to wait in line to get it, in the same line for returns and exchanges.... fantastic business model and setup.... lost cause .... would rather purchase items online and wait for home delivery will never buy anything again from here

babies r us has horrible customer service I will never buy anything from them ,they are not helpful ,they do not pick up the phone calls,and when they do pick up phone calls they leave you on hold until you hang up dont go there go to buy buy baby much better service.

The music was really loud, like a trashy night club all my kids were covering their ears. Find a different one to go too, next year Ill order all my gifts online so I wont have to go to crowded and loud stores like that.
