WHAT? theres optical here.. ive been doing to this target for a decade and never knew that. Anyway, came to browse for frames and i was greeted by a young lady and offered to clean my current specs. That alone is GREAT customer service, and that deserves 5 stars! I didnt get my glasses here tho, but I like their customer service already and would go back when i need to.

Ran into the Target Optical dept. on Sepulveda at 4:45p on a Sunday and REPRESENTATIVE Brenda saved the day again! I have wild hair and often in retail situations, get turned away or hurried along?! This is the third time that this representative and the Optical dept. went the extra mile.

Great experience. They had the RecSpecs (sports) frames that I needed, and the fashionable ones for the rest of the family. The frame was $99 and I saw the same one for $219 at another store. They very very polite, professional, and easy to work with! Would come back again.
