This place was horrible, did a baby registry there and last night picked up our first item. Bought by her aunt from Australia. Go to pick up notice the clear tape on the box, well pay it no mind and do some shopping on the other side of the store, I prob didnt mention the baby side is disgusting, so get home open the box to find scuff marks, ripped up plastic not even on the product, so immediately call the store talk to the manager and as there checking on the product in stock they hang up. So of course now its closed. And because of this we are letting people know to not get is anything from babies r us and deleting our registry, this store reminds me of a dirty k mart. Thanks but no thanks.

I have only had bad experiences dealing with customer service at this store. Tried the store pick up a few times and they never got it right. Recently, I placed an order for pick up and it was cancelled an hour later. Called store and they said they had nothing to do with the cancellation. They asked me to call the 800 number. They told me the store did not have any of the 8 common items I place (unlikely). Ontario and West Covina Babies R Us are good. Skip the Upland store.

You know at first I may have had some doubts regarding the overall service but Ill tell you what after meeting Araceli, the store manager I was well aware there was great management and my little "non issue" was quickly resolved. Thank you to her my son got exactly the toy he wanted and I became super dad for the day! Thanks Araceli, well be back soon.

Not sure if youve ever heard of this place before or not, but its a quaint little toy store in Upland. We went because of the trade in special they have going on right now. We were considering a new high chair. I was very pleased to be able to try them out before purchase. Nothing like having a cute little toy shop in our neighborhood!

Customer service is lacking, some of the employees dont seem to be very happy working there and take it out on the customer. They also dont have as good a selection as other Toys R Us stores. I prefer to shop at the one in Ontario Mills even though its farther away.

Ordered a Nintendo DS online for hubby online and opted to do in store pick up. Staff is not particularly friendly. The place itself is pretty clean and organized well, but the two woman who helped me were either not having a good day or just not into their job.

Placed an online order for in store pickup. Got a confirmation email saying it was ready. Went in to the store to pick it up and it took them over 30 minutes to get my order even though the store didnt look terribly busy. Horrible experience, wouldnt recommend

Exceptional service. Had ordered a power wheels online for my daughters birthday. Come to found out it was open box with some parts switched Out. They happily exchanged it for a new one no questions ajed.

Went for an amiibo preorder. Only one person was knowledgeable on this release. Many of the employees shrugged pushed the question onto someone else/another department.

Store is clean, good selection, clean restrooms, nice layout. Parking lot is also good. Prices are higher then Target, but they price match, you just have to ask.
