The new manger is a straight B&$#@ she was very confrontational and unprofessional towards me over the phone I Was calling because those number showed up on my phone as a missd call and she was very rude in how she responded towards me and had the worst attitude ever. Theres a way youre supposed to address every customer and the way she did it was not it!!! Then when I asked her for her name she siged and stated to argue with me to avoid giving it out then when she finally did give it to me it turns out it was a fake name so I just decided to go above and beyond to handle the situation but I wont be shopping in this store and giving my money to them any time soon Im sure NEVER!!!!

I do not believe there has ever been a time that I have gone in the store that the staff has not been helpful. I have always had my questions answered. The only time I have walked out of the store without what I was looking for is because I might have been told by a family member that they were going to get it for me as a gift! ;-) They are very helpful and they listen. I have always been happy with the service, selection and the location in our town is great too! Thank you Sallys Staff!
