I found myself in California and I desperately needed some sunglasses. I took a number and waited more than half an hour to be helped, and finally had to leave because of an appointment. Not a happy camper. They need more staff! I mentioned that on my way out and they told me that they are usually busier, it was a quiet day for them. No apology. So--inefficient and also unfriendly. Can I give them Zero stars?
