From the moment I step in the door and then leave, my experience with Plaza Lane Optometry is wonderful. I feel welcomed, seen and heard by the staff. My optometrist is Dr. Farberow and in my opinion ... the best. It was important that I be seen on a particular day but Dr. Farberow was not coming in. Dr. Simmons thought nothing of stepping in! Both men are kind, caring, gentle and knowledgeable. The eyes are such a vulnerable and delicate area in the body and they handle this area and the person with such loving care. Having gone to Dr. Farberow for years, I know this to be true and Dr. Simmons seemed to treat his patients the same way. I had an eye exam done today at Plaza lane and was completely pleased with the overall service. The receptionist was very polite and friendly. The doctors assistant that did the initial tests and measurements was also very friendly and professional. The optometrist, Dr. Buell was exceptionally friendly, caring and professional. She completed a very detailed exam and made all her thoughts and observations known to me in a concise and caring manor. I would highly recommend this office to anyone needing eye care.

I have been going to this office for years, and receive the best eye care. My frames are always getting complements, and the selection is wonderful. Needing reading glasses, the experience was made pleasant and it is wonderful to experience such caring doctors and staff. They are expert in fitting contact lenses as well.
