I have been devoted to Eye Q since I first got glasses 10+ years ago. Even though Ive lived in NYC for several years now, Dr. Noel Krok is the only doctor I still see in CA! Dr. Krok and the Office Manager Aaron are professional and thorough; they consider eye health in the context of general health, which gives me confidence in my care and helps me manage health holistically. They are also incredibly personable and always remember whats going on in my life to ask how things are going! Aaron and Laura have helped my whole family select numerous pairs of glasses and contacts from their curated selection (which takes a lot of patience!) and managed our insurance to make the process as seamless as possible. Eye Q is truly a local business; my family has developed great relationships with their staff over the years and referred many friends!

Eye Q is my favorite optometry shop in the bay area. The staff there is extremely knowledgable and friendly and I always enjoy going there. The last time I was there, David helped me pick out some glasses, and was really good at finding a good style for me. I know nothing about style. Dana made me feel really comfortable while testing and checking my eyes. I hate having air blown into my eyes, but she helped me relax and made the entire experience pretty painless. I love my glasses and will continue using Eye Q in the future as my sight continues to change. The joys of aging :)

I just love Dr. Stephanie (Kroc) at EYE Q. Shes very thorough, gentle and always extremely polite. There was absolutely no wait time when I went in for my appointment today. The office staff is friendly and David, who assists with eyewear, is knowledgeable and efficient. He can figure out your estimated cost for your favorite eyewear within minutes. They offer a wide selection of styles...including some that can accommodate the small Asian nose bridge like mine. EYE Q is open for business on Saturdays. I highly recommend them if you are seeking eye care.

Regarding everyone from the incredible attentive optometrists to their very intuitive opticians, the amount of care paid by each member of the eyeQ team surpasses all else.
