The string of my glasses broke. I first went to the golden vision in the Vallco mall because it was easier to find in Google maps. But an old lady in the golden vision store simply refused to help me fix it; I guess because she couldnt make much money out of it. So I went to the Dr Slater optical next door instead; their staff were super nice and fixed my glasses quickly and free of charge.

Great service and frame selection. I ordered a couple of frames by phone to try them on, which were promptly delivered. I ended up buying a different frame from the existing stock. Glasses were made perfectly, enjoy wearing them.
