This place sucks, the bitches dont even let you speak. They give you a plan you didnt ask for, they always cheat you out of money both the store, customer service and heir card reader takes your money and somehow no one knows where it went. This is my 3rd time switched to metro and its always a bad experience, plus they give your number out to Indian scamming bussnises trust me go to other providers even if its 5;dollars more the service is better. Rude workers, they dont give you want you want, they switched my plan from promotional 30 to $60 and my wife as well and they stole 60 dollars from my card somehow no one knows where they went and service sucks no signal enywhere but home customer service as well they dont even speak your language and this is the only company that has scammers working for them(ever wonder why scalers always seem to have your number when your with metro?)

Be carefull when going here... I used my debit card and now i have charges that i havent done..... The girls here are really really unprofessional and i believe they are stealing card numbers... I live in SB and i have charges om my card from compton and santa ana plaves Ive never ben too

One of the best Metro Pcs stores! The young ladies that work there are always welcoming and ensure that their customers leave satisfied with their purchase or that the problem is resolved. I also like that they are bilingual so they can communicate well with us the customers
