Stater Bros is known for having low prices on the majority of items. I find this to be true on most things. Especially on sale items. There are several stores within close proximity to my home. They are all relatively small, but have pretty good selection. One of the major issues I have is with the soda. When ever there is a sale, and even sometimes when there is not, they do not seem to have enough stock. I find myself driving to other Stater Bros locations further away because they have a bigger selection, but last night was the second time in a few months that soda has been on sale and they have not had Diet Mountain Dew Code Red at any store. Why does this happen? If you know there is a sale, and its Super Bowl, and its a flavor that goes quickly, why the hell would you not order double or triple your normal order in preparation. Its not like this is the first time ever there is a sale, or that there is a Super Bowl, or just in general. If something is selling out, you order more the next time and keep increasing it. Its common sense! Come on Stater Bros!! I guess that I strayed from my review of the market chain in general, but it needed to be said. All in all, I have been shopping at this location for over 6 years and it has not changed. So there is something to be said in that I guess. Dont worry, its okay to shop there.

first off, the people here never greet me!! ever!! and i come all the time. the workers always have a mood problem and they dont even look you in the eye and say hi when you walk by. this morning was the worst and as i was walking up to the register the lady screams "sorry i can help you im only taking debit and credit" just assuming that i dont have a debit card. i hate the energy this place has! the store is great, just replace the whole entire staff!!! nobody says hi.... now i know that i wont ever be greeted when i go, inface i just already have bad energy walking into the building. any other stater brothers and i get treated like a customer should...like a king. feel free to contact me because im so serious and i feel unwelcomed everytime i step foot into the pomona stater brothers.

Selection is nice. Meat department has some great cuts at decent prices. Doesnt carry the 10 calorie sodas other than Dr. Pepper. The have Mastercard Paypass, but will physically stop you from using your nfc phone to use Google Wallet to pay, yet they have no problem with nfc enabled Mastercards. For this reason alone, you should avoid this store and go somewhere that isnt managed by luddites.

This staters always seems to have the best produce! Though I do all my regular shopping at winco for the prices, I definitely do all my meat and produce at this staters. If you hit the weekly ads, the prices arent too bad either. The store is clean, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly, always have nice chats with the cashiers. :)

Terrible. 3 times Ive ordered meat for a catering job and I have yet to receive a call back. When I call they have no records of my call even though Ive left my name and number. Twice the meat was never ordered. 3rd time they were out of stock. I asked for a manager to call me back and Im still waiting. Not worth the risk!!@!!

I have been going to this Stater Bros. market for years now and I can say that the store itself is well kempt. The staff really do their best in maintaining a level of cleanliness and also providing help when needed. Ive never had anyone give me a hard time, in fact the cashiers have always been so kind to me.

This has been the best grocery store Ive been to. They have a good selection of brands and you can find what you need. The staff is great and very kind. The lines can be long on certain days. They say that on Wednesdays the meat cheaper.

Staff is hit or miss, some are really helpful while others make you wonder how they got the job. Popular products are rarely restocked on time. It is convenient, but if youre near any other grocery store, go there instead.

I grew up shopping at stater bros, way back when they used to give away blue chip stamps with every purchase, always clean shelves stocked produce fresh and employees are nice and courteous. Love shopping there.

Higher prices, small store with decent variety, when Ive been there the staff are nice but they dont have enough. Lines are usually long even if you only need 2-3 items in the speedy check out

Somehow the shelves are always perfectly stocked. The prices are good, the store is clean, the staff are friendly enough. The store isnt huge, but big enough for the essentials.
