My wife and I completely appreciate the attention and the excellent service we get from Elizabeth R.but today I had a bad experience with the lady with white hair collecting the shopping carts, after l put my groceries away, l was bringing the cart even though it was out of way, but I ran into her and asked her do you want this and replied No, and I came back from shopping at the other places, she took all the shopping carts and left mine in the middle of the road. I was not rude to her so I dont know what was the problem.

I went here to buy a 500$ gift card for my brother for his graduation. The manager refused to sell me a gift card unless I was going to pay it all in cash. I called customer service and asked them about gift card restrictions and the representative told me that there is nothing that said I cant use my credit card to buy the 500$. I talked to the store manager again and then said that this is her store policy. I went to the Ralphs a mile a way purchased the gift card without any issue. stay away from this crappy place.

Farm fresh cage free AA large Brown eggs were on sale for $2.99 for a dozen. DEAL! I bought 2 dozen! Real bacon at the deli, thick cut, regular/peppered/maple glazed! Beautiful produce and flowers! With Ralphs free membership card, also got $7.89 off my $64 groceries.

Absolute cleanest Ralphs ever. The wine selection is off the chain and their rotiserrie chickens have no additives or GMO ingredients. Rock on, Ralphs!
