Typical Pittsburg business. I was looking for a specific item, which their web site indicated was in stock at this store. I arrived and the store and the clerk confirmed that this item was in stock after searching for it (with the store SKU #) in their computer system. After searching for 10 minutes, the item could not be found in the store. The manager then states that they are out of this item, and that the internet and their computer system are incorrect. Their inventory is not up to date. I could be frustrated, but Im very familiar with what happens to major chains that have stores in Pittsburg. So, I was not surprised.

Security here is ridiculous. Ive made purchases at Home Depot from Truckee to San Bernardino, and this depot in particular really gets under my skin on how there security guards kept constantly doing passes in every isle we grabed material from. It really pissed me off how the one guard how was supposedly just making round hurried and made sure she was at the door to stop us and and gave our recipe a homeland security one over. Smh. Home Depot is making it worth the extra gas to do business with there competitors.

I needed some special housing items (by way of not knowing what they are, not really that special). One example, the light bulbs that screw in with the fasteners on them... Anyways, I had to find them on my own, help was hard to find. Once I did, they confirmed they were right. They also ran out of the key I needed copied. Huge selection, so-so prices.

Every time I shop here there are alot of employees but all are talking an not looking to help you find what you need. Found one Caucasian woman who took time out to help answer questions but everyone else acted as if you were not there ....wont shop there again been a native of this area for 23 years always the same treatment. ..

Pretty good place to buy all kinds of home improvement items. I went their twice in 2 days and found there was just 1 cashier. Otherwise a good place & you may find some deals.

Horrible customer service, nobody is walking around in search of a customer in need of help. Employees just stand in groups and talk about non work related stuff.
