The store managers over price and sell things for far above the price they are sold retail when they are donated in new condition from places like costco and these prople just lie about the retail prices only to have their duped customers belatedly learn that they have been lied to ---again-- by store personnell. Donating to a charity is one thing, but when people go to a thrift store, it is usually because they are economically challenged and are attempting to save money not be ripped off and pay more than they would if they bought the same item retail off the shelf of the business that donated it.

Tried to donate a sofa that had recently been cleaned and a water stain underneath one of the cushions on the sofa was the reason it was rejected. In the future I suggest donors send photos of different angles to the donation center otherwise you spend 4 hours out of your day waiting for them to nit pick over your items and not take them away.

The staff could be friendlier, since they are doing work that is supposed to help the community. Still - good place to donate, and they give away a lot to help locals. I have a special place in my heart for donating goods, I also like donating to Salvation Army. Being my local place, I will be taking a lot of goods to St. Vincent now.

Do you love to hunt for treasure? I do. Thats why I come here. Its a large building you can redorate your entire home. I thrift shop ofen. The worst is when you feel like you are digging through trash. Not here it smells good no dust and the staff dont follow you around.

The staff is very kind. They do what they can to help the community out. Store is clean. Always fun items from memory lane " i remember my grandmother having this." but yet brand new items are found here too. Worth a trip in.

Too expensive. Nice things Always have sold signs on them. Sometimes come back to find items still there. Old manager was really nice, dont see him anymore.

obviously all thrift stores that helped cash strapped people in the past are basically comparable to a walmart but used goods, the prices are rediculous.
