My grandma bought one of their outdoor $5 couches during a sale they were having and surprised us with it. Now we have bedbugs. Thanks, Grandma and the Arc Thrift Store for the bedbugs! Edit: Apparently the Arc Thrift Store and Show Love Thrift are notorious for bedbugs. Also found it hilarious they used the last line in my negative review to positively promote their business and decided to change it. I guess they dont understand sarcasm...

Now, my favorite thrift store in town! The manager is super friendly!! After my usual weekend shopping i was waiting on my medication in the heat, the manager offered me water and even to wait in the store ... their reasonable and dont treat you like a peasant (in reference to thrifty bargain) love the atmosphere:) they no judge

Great for donating gently used books, electronics, clothes, and other household items. Staff is friendly and always ready to help you with carrying donations and with purchases. The ARC Store helps Chico and surrounding areas.
