I just moved here last August. I went here after trying to find two other florists both of which no longer exist (shows how much PA cares about updating Google Maps). This is just a stand and there was a small selection but I found a perfect housewarming gift for a friend. I love the no-bag policy, but it was a bit tough to get back to campus with a bike and a potted plant. Come on PA, support your local florists and shops!! If you do, they will have more to offer you!

Excellent service and great staff! I got there when there wasnt anyone except for the lady that worked there, who was taking a call. She started helping me out with my request when two other customers arrived, one of which was walking five big dogs. The lady helping me did a terrific job on dealing with all of our requests and helped us rather promptly. I will definitely come back here without any doubt!!

For the second year in a row my daughter in London, England, has sent me a bouquet from Mills, a beautiful bouquet like something a friend would bring from her garden: white hydrangeas in a vase, with no fluffy "floristy" filler. Its more than a week later, and they still look as beautiful as the day the day they arrived. Im thrilled! Mum.

I needed to order flowers for my mother-in law who lives in Palo Alto. After calling a few florists I contacted Mills the Florist and spoke with Molly. She was so very knowledgeable, great customer service and arrused me they would do a fantastic job. I would definitely use them again.. Very nice...

I love Mills the Florist! This is THE place I go for all of my floral needs. I believe in doing business with the smaller "mom and pop" shops. This place has been family run for three generations. The customer service is more personal and they stand behind their product. You cant go wrong at Mills!

I needed some last minute flowers and found this cute little shop in downtown Palo Alto, with the nicest people. They have a design studio downstairs where they do their wonderful creations and wonderful customer service. They really went the extra mile for me! Thanks Mills!
