I had a bad experience with this place when it come to insurance. When offered game insurance the sales associate told me it included the accessories that came with the game bundle. I never get games insurance but this time I did because I though it worth it. When the accessories broke a month later I found out that their insurance only covers the disk. The issue here is the misleading information I received when first purchasing.

Pre ordered the division the gold edition for Xbox one but this GameStop put it down for ps4 so now I cant get the gold edition because I dont have a ps4
