Poor customer service. The sales person was too pushy, he verbally expressed he gets paid commission and said my application was useless since they dont consider self employment as valid proof of income, then he insisted we should try with my boyfriends credit but my boyfriend and i thought he had bad credit. Turns out, sales rep. yelled at me accusing me of lying when boyfriends credit was checked. Saying that he has better credit than me. Funny twist to this whole thing is that now he tells me that i should be a co-signer. What? Co-signer after invalidating my application? So i rejected that option. Then i get yelled at & accused of waisting his time. So i complained to James the "Manager." James was dismissive of my complaint. He was basically looking at our credit report the whole time and requesting my ID again trying to finish off "the sale." ...as if i didnt just complained. Talk about adding insult to injury. Based on my experience, i felt like as soon as i walked in they viewed me as a dollar sign instead of a person. This was a TOTAL WAIST OF TIME.

This is where I get all my furniture. Its not high-end quality, but it is affordable and they offer credit. I wish their home delivery was free. They charge, if I remember, $50 to have it delivered (this is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5). Today I will be buying a washer for my mother. I will continue to be their customer!

Me and my husband recently purchased a living room set and a bed from here, our experience was great we felt no pressure to buy anything and felt comfortable to ask all the questions we had. Not to mention they offer a way lower interest rate than Casa Linda. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to come here.

Don not buy from here . Poor quality of furniture. Bought a sofa that was made out of scrap compressed wood.
