The employees are very friendly and manage to get things done effectively and quickly without it feeling like theyre kicking you out. I was able to get my whole search and purchase of my glasses over probably in less than 30minutes. There are two problems though: first, its a bit difficult to find the store if youre driving. If you park and walk they have a small sign out front but driving its a bit confusing. Second, the parking situation is awful. Maybe it was my mistake to come on Saturday afternoon but that was the only time I could show up. The other reason I got my visit over quickly was because my mom was driving around the streets looking for a place to park/ killing time.

I purchased prescriptions glasses. The post office unfortunately lost the package. When I called Warby Parker they had a second pair delivered to me over night and treated my case with great customer service. I was also very impressed by theyre packaging, eye glass case, and thank you note. Very professional and very affordable. When the post office had me frustrated, they turned my frown upside down.

Simply awesome! Very relax setting... coffee, tea or milk as you walk in the front door but to the left are shoes & a purse.. And nicely positioned in the rear is Warby Parker... I left feeling as if I had been on vacation

While the main attraction of Warby Parker is online, its so easy to just come to the kiosk and try on a bunch of things. The Warby people are very helpful, too.
