I was in the Huntington Beach location on Springdale purchasing 38 bottles of Gator Aid for an event. I asked the cashier if she could provide a box for my purchase. She said "we dont have any up here. I requested that she ask if they have any in the back. She went to a cashier on Register 3 (she said was one of the managers), and the response was no. The girl finally located a box that I pointed out to her (in the front), and I thanked her and asked to ring up my purchase. She said "I am closed, go to Register 3" (there was a line of 4-5 people). I commented that she was open when I approached her and her response was " now Im closed". I left the products there and told her that she obviously did not want my business, and walked out. I do not intend to ever shop there again. Very POOR customer service.

Store was way too hot and the parking lot is a sprained ankle were worse rating to happen. The produce is usually better-quality than it was today. There was a bag of rotting potato somewhere because it was stinking up the whole produce section.

I like it because they have more variety than most 99 cent only stores. Even though it would technically be the 99 cent and up store. Nothing over $10 got a leap frog game and system here. Not bad when Walmart is selling the system for $30

This is my favorite local 99 cent only store. Its always clean and well stocked, and the staff is very friendly! I have one thats closer to my house, but I will go out of my way to shop at this one.
