I was in this place a few days ago and I must say the customer service is awesome. Their staff is constantly networking. One guy that was sweeping put his broom down helped another cashier to get the line-out the door and then went back to his sweeping, nice young man. Another man there I think his name was Anthony, went out and got me a cart after noticing that my hands was full. As we all do. I only went in the store for one item, coconut oil. This store has some really good prices, on many items that I have seen in other places. I will be returning back to the store for the customer service and for the pricing.

I went in asked if they Chad heaters the guy told me no but I went and checked anyway , sure enough the manager who went above and beyond helped me I of course explained to him to make employees aware of they are not sure about something dont just say no before you know. I think ppl the sec days care just lazy and dont want to be bothered just want a pay check have no pride in themselves. Hate going shopping these days

Low priced household good and food. Staff is always hit or miss. The men being way more helpful and friendly than the women. My biggest complaint however is they NEVER have enough check out clerks and the line is always a 15+ minutes wait. And the last time I purchased a couple items the women took a personal phone call in the middle of our transaction and made no effort get off the phone or help me.

I asked a staff member to help me find flip flops, but she barely even spoke English. I saw that she spoke Spanish with the other employees too. She eventually understood what I was looking for, and she took us to where they would be, but it didnt even look like they had ever sold what I was asking for.

I like Big Lots mostly because of its very low prices on a lot of different items. You just never know what youre going to find at this store!! Customer service is also good!!! And the restroom is also clean and decent!!! "And thats all I have to say about that!!!!"
