Such bad sevice! The worse service i have ever received in an autozone and i have been to plenty of them... the manager there acted as if she were a certified mechanic and wanted to the way inwas fixing a car was wrong and she was correct. When she was way off... then acted as if she didnt understand me when i was speaking to her bc she only spoke English and i had an accent... and when she was looking up my account on the computer she would enter my number incorrectly more than 3xs when i could clearly see her not type in all the numbers i was giving her... she then said that my account didnt show up and didnt want to correct her mistakes or let me write down the number so she wouldnt say she didnt undertand me... she was wearing a grey shirt so i assumed she was a manager .. but with that type of service idk if ppl actually want to come back to that autozone...

The manager at this location has fantastic customer relations skills and is also extremely knowledgeable about his products. Picked up two Bosh wiper blades and they are very nice and work much better then the value priced blades I had bought before. -1 star for one of the very associates, very helpful and polite guy but it may be helpful to also take a second to listen to what the customer is asking/politely telling you. He insisted I needed the same size blades for both sides of my car. Which I knew was not correct due to calling the store and physically having the blades in my hand. (Brought in to specifically avoid this type of run around) But everything worked out and I left happy with some pretty fantastic wiper blades! :)

Its raining right now and Im stopping into Stater Bros to get some groceries. While parking I noticed an Autozone rep installing a customers windshield wipers. IN THE RAIN. That customer service goes above and beyond expectations. I am so impressed! I called into the store to commend this rep, his name is John. I will be letting his manager know of the excellent customer service he gave, and the great impression he left on me, and I wasnt even going into their store! I will definitely be using this Autozone if they continue to give service that John demonstrated!

Most of the people who work here are not that knowledgeable about what they are supposed to know. If it was not for that computer in front of them, they would be completely lost. They act as if the fact that you walked into their establishment is an indication that you have no idea what you are doing. Then they commence to blowing smoke up your ass. You can even pull out your smart phone and pull up their website and they will tell you they still dont know what you are talking about.

This Auto Zone is great!! I needed to get a new air filter, James helped out. I was just expecting him to give me the filter but NEVER expected him to actually go outside with me to the car. He actually put up the hood and totally install it.The bonus was that he was always smiling and professional. This totally blew my mind. James totally went above and beyond in my eyes. Now a days you are lucky to have people like him work for you.

Service is okay & their info books regarding their inventory incorrect. I went in for some honda windshield wipers, lokked tthrough their inventory books, selected the correct pair, & purchased it. When i tried to install it, i could not. I went back in to ask for help and they told me that the books are wrong and that they dont sell my cars model of wiper. Great, thanks for the info.

Hit or miss with this place, staffing is always off so you can either walk in and out or go there two days in a row looking for paint and asking for help then stare at the paint case for 5-15 minutes; curious how long they would have me stare at the paint before u locking it, and yes I asked for help prior to starring at paint because I knew I would need it. I blame the manager.......

This location is pretty clean, and the staff are decent. As with most auto repair places be prepared with the parts & info you need or else youll be subjected to the "do you know what youre doing" look from the staff. There is a good selection of parts and accessories for most occasions. There are also monthly specials that are advertised that may be helpful for you as well.

The women here are great! Very Helpful and knowledgeable. Brian G. Among a couple of the other guys have terrible service and dont want to help. He explain how helping me Could cost him his job. Because some guy the week before lost his for blah blah blah. Yet his boss (a lady) came and helped me with the same situation no questions asked. Hes wack!
