The manager Erik is a complete ass, he is very rude and isnt there for customer service he just does his job for a check. He does not get back to customers who call in with a question. In person he is rude an the store smells like butt crack. Update 3 years later: The store doesnt smell like ass finally and the guy who is running the front is doing a good job but he needs another set of hands because currently this is not a one man store with the massive line in here. Oddly hollister has 2 to 3 employees in at all times and gilroy is understaffed extremely.

My sons and husband go here all the time to preorder video games and Magic the Gathering cards. They have quite a bit of fanboy items for sale as well and sometimes t-shirts. One of my sons had a negative experience there once with an unhelpful employee which is why I gave it only 4 stars. They have a good selection of new and used video games and they will help you locate what you are looking for.
