This is for the babies r us section. No one works back there, especially for the registry waited thirty mins and was greeted by no one. The only way I could see to get any help was to wait in the five customer deep customer service line in which one person was working and the other two were on break b/sing wth each other. If they arent working take them off the floor. Its just insulting how long it takes to get help with a bunch of employees all doing nothing.

Medium size shop, fully packed and mostly suitable for online sale pick up. Finding the store inside the mall is a big challenge and if you end up going in the wrong direction (since the mall is designed in circular fashion) then you will be exhausted by the time you reach the shop. Parking not an issue since the store is part of the mall, but look for the directions of where to park so that your walking distance is reduced

I went to this location to return my sons Hyperdrive car on March, 23, 2015 .Thank you to the manager Rial. He helped with my return. I was hopeless if they will take back. The customer service clerk refused.But when manager came, he solved my problem. THANK YOU AGAIN!

Some days are better than others. Bring your coupons, rewards and registries with you and forget about trying to use their kiosk to print them. Kiosk is antiquated and rarely functions. If you are lucky enough to get "Coby" you will have 10 star customer service!!

Extremely rude customer service worker-tall asian man. Walked right in front of me while I was looking at an item in front of registers. Literally less than a foot away from items and he squeezes himself past W/OUT saying "EXCUSE ME". LEARN SOME MANNERS!
