Customer service here is seriously lacking. One other parent with child in the store besides my family and we didnt even get a smile. Selection for kids shoes was almost non existent. My family wont be coming back to this shoe city. If you want a good shoe city to visit go to the Pasadena store.

When I walked in, I could not find an employee for 10 minutes. Then, when she emerged, she heard me say I needed help but she just strolled to the front to admire herself in the mirror. I will never step foot in this location again and will broadcast my negative expierence to everyone

Liked it here good selection of shoes, went to get my son some shoes for school last minute on a Sunday , they were open so we tried it out ,good prices.
