THE WORST ATTITUDE EVER!! SERIOUSLY, WHAT THE HECK?!! So I bought a bouquet of roses and a vase from Downtown LA but wasnt quite satisfied. On my way home, I stopped at Sunshine Florist to see if they can do something to spruce it up a bit. After explaining the situation, I was immediately berated by the owner: Her: "You go to Downtown to get cheap flowers, then you come here to get free service?!" Me: "No, not free. I will pay--" Her: "Would YOU buy a steak from a market, then take it to a restaurant and tell them to cook it?! WOULD YOU?!!" Me: "Of course not, but--" Her: "YOU GO TO DOWNTOWN AND PAY CHEAP, SO YOU GET CHEAP!!" Me: "Okay, but all I need--" Her: "WE ARE A FULL SERVICE FLORIST! WE DO--" I tried making eye contact with other employees, but they were clearly embarrassed-- so I didnt even bother listening at that point. I mean, sure, I wasnt going to buy any more roses from them, but all I wanted was some stupid leaves to cover the vase, something I would have easily paid $20 for. But not only did they lose out on a quick $20, but I will NEVER use them in the future-- and I suggest you dont either. Seriously, what the heck.

my wife and I were looking for a last minute florist to accomodate our flower arrangement for our wedding... luckily for us, we found Sunshine Florist, they were God sent! Service was amazing and even though we were in a time crunch, they accomodated us. I have to mention that this was such a last minute thing... yes I forgot to order flowers. We placed the order on July 20th to be ready on Sunday July 24th, the day of our wedding. On that Sunday, they opened just for us and had the flowers ready just in time to make it to the wedding. I read the previous reviews and they do not reflect at all our experience with Sunshine Flowers. Thank you guys for saving the day!! I highly recommend them to everyone here.

This place delivered my order completely wrong after being unable to deliver on VALENTINES DAY. I was okay with them delivering the next day but my order was supposed to come with a card, stuffed animal, and chocolates... none of these were received! All my girlfriend got was some flowers that dont even look nearly as elaborate as the ones I paid for, so they might not even be the ones I ordered at all! I dont know if they are even from me at all or if some stranger or relative of hers bought them for her. I called MANY MANY times to resolve this situation directly with the company, but they DO NOT ANSWER their phone AT ALL. Stay away from this place!!!

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, OVER-PRICED, and INCOMPETENT, not to mention ARGUMENTATIVE and MELODRAMATIC! If you try to resolve THEIR ERROR, they become defensive and will hang up on you! Your flowers WILL NOT be delivered as promised! They should take customer service classes, I cant believe theyre in business! Save your money, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, there are many GREAT florists in the area like Agoura Flowers!
