I had a funeral to attend and this was the closest florist to Mt. Sinai. I entered the establishment and was first immediately taken back by the strong smell of cigarette smoke . I was very desperate and in a hurry, so I asked the gentlemen if I could please purchase something or anything appropriate. He was not only smoking, but had the flowers near him while doing it. I was very disgusted and left. Terrible place, nothing to buy fresh and very strange for a flower shop employee to smoke in the store with the doors closed. TERRIBLE

I was concerned that my order wouldnt be possible because my recipient would not be home during Petal Pushers business hours on the day I wanted delivery. Once I explained the situation to the P.P. representative, she volunteered to make the delivery early enough in the morning when I knew my recipient would be there. Now thats what I call service!

I ordered flowers from petal pushers to be sent to my grandmother for her birthday. I got a disappointing call from her saying she received dead flowers on her porch! I called and called for two days yet nobody answered the phone. Deeply disappointed and will never go back to this florist.
