I would never ever visit Gap burlingame store again. I live here and I used to shop at this location all the time. Today I was helping by a short hair with grey and black short hair lady wearing glasses. I didnt get anything because the size not fit. When Im asking about more sizes, this lady showed her very cold face and said no. When Im about leaving, she told her co worker that I couldve got it in Chinatown, its cheaper and have more sizeS. This is so rude!!! She was not very nice in the beginning. This bad experience made me feel so terrible.this shouldnt happened. I will tell all my friends not shop there.

Its kind of crammed in some spots inside, but they work with the space they have. Staff here is friendly and helpful too (as with most Gap stores in the area)

Staff here is great. Store is neat, organized, and well lit - very pleasant. Gap clothes are at every Gap - the difference is the staff.
