I will never go back here after my last appointment. I brought a picture of the style I wanted and got something completely different. It is so short that I cried all the way home. Michelle made a decision on her own to color my hair a different color than I had been getting for several months. When I commented that she was cutting my hair shorter than the picture, she said "I guess I got carried away." WOW. Two days later, I called to say how much I hated this cut and inquired on extensions to get the length back. Michelle said I could purchase the extensions and she would put them in but not for free. After spending $90 on a horrible cut and knowing how upset I was, you would think she would want to fix it for free. Michelle did call me later in the day to say she felt she did what I asked and if I didnt know how to style my hair, I could come in for help. It must be nice to provide a service and take no responsibility for unhappy customers. I am surprised that I have not heard from the owner about this. If I owned a salon and had unhappy customers, I would call them. Think twice before going here.

I have been going to this salon almost 3 years. After wanting a drastic change and the end result looking NOTHING like I wanted, I was told that my stylist could fix it for no additional cost. Then a couple days later, the manager said I would have to pay a color charge to fix it, after I already spent $200 the first time and didnt get what I wanted!!! And when I said no to paying more to fix it they also denied me getting any type of refund. It wasnt until I said I was going somewhere else that they offered to fix it. Told my friend this story and her response was, "Omg I know that salon and if you would have told me you were going there before, I would have told you not to go. I went there once and they didnt do what I wanted either and charged me a ridiculous amount and also told me they wouldnt fix it. I hate that place." Horrible business decision on their part. Lost a loyal customer and gained bad word of mouth.

I was looking for a change and since I just moved into the area I didnt know where I should go to get my hair done. A coworker referred me here and Im so glad he did! Kind of surprised me that a man referred me and not a woman but none the less I listened. Went to get my an ombre color done by Laura and I couldnt be more happier!! Shes so nice, very professional, and knows what she is doing. If anyone is looking for a great affordable salon this is the place!! Highly recommend Laura!!!!

Dont go here if you want any complicated colors or bleaching. I told the stylist what I wanted and she could do it no problem. Not only did I get nothing like what I wanted (I wanted my hair purple and she dyed it a red) but she burnt my hair. I got unneeded damage to my hair and didnt even get anything near what I was looking for.

Very negative experience. Purchased through groupon, and they refused to honor the deal. Didnt see in the fine print that it was for first time clients only, had been there before. Waste of time and money, now I cant get in anywhere else today and I have a big event this weekend

Ask for Allison--she does incredible work! I have gotten highlights from her twice, and the quality is head and shoulders above any other work I have had done. She also did a mens haircut for my boyfriend, and it looked great. The girl has serious skills!
