I got married on January 9th (2014) and called Paulina about having my wedding party get done-up there. Not only did Kelly block off 4 hours for me before the shop opens so our party had complete privacy, but she had many extra hands and fresh coffee waiting for us. In 3.5 hours, Kellys team did a fantastic job transforming my beautiful bridesmaids and mother into GORGEOUS pin-uppy ladies. Everyone looked unique and amazing. The team considered each bridesmaids dress and personal preferences to create a look that fit both her comfort level and my vision for my wedding. A week before my wedding, I went to Paulina to have eyelash extensions done by Kayti. She was excellent! I have never had that kind of beauty procedure done, but she was able to make an uncomfortable experience into something fun for a total newbie like me. After all the girls were ready and dressed on my wedding day, I had my photographer and new hubby come meet us at Paulina for a "first look". Those photos are some of my favorites from the whole day, because Paulinas atmosphere, lighting, and decor are adorable. We LOVE the photos with the lighted wall backdrop! Going to Paulina for wedding hair and makeup, which you will have to ask for specially because it is not on their regular menu, was absolutely the most relaxing and fun part of my whole wedding day. Kelly had table space open for me to sent up a mimosa bar and breakfast for all my girls, and had an inviting, cozy atmosphere with great music waiting for us. All of my bridesmaids and mother agreed that going to Paulina was the best part of the wedding experience, even rivaling our awesome museum reception! Paulina is owned by a wonderful young family who will listen to your needs, do an amazing job, and make you feel incredibly pampered for a great price. Ive never felt so pretty and confident, and its all because of Kelly and her team.

I had been seeing Kelly (Owner) for a couple of years for facials and had always been fairly satisfied. Since she moved from Blush to this location the feel has changed and her husband is managing the salon. I had a couple of bad experiences with their spray tans, obviously the formula does not work with my skin and left me orange and blotchy. I had been told after the first tan that the second would be free, which they did not honor. After the second bad tan and my next facial I confronted Kelly which offered up no solution. I then called her husband who also offered no solution and proceeded to attack me for not tipping on my last service, stating that they rely on tips and everyone needs to be tipped. I explained why I chose to not tip and he continued to argue. This is so unprofessional and unfortunately with this type of customer service this business probably will not make it. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

I love Paulinas!!!!!!!! After reading the one star review, I have to 200% disagree . I have never seen a team of people more hard working and professional. I am always completely satisfied with my tans and facials. My tan lasts about 8 days and I always get a beautiful, healthy glow. Whenever I get a facial, I feel renewed, refreshed , and relaxed. Everyone is always nice, ESPECIALLY KELLY AND DAN ! They designed their boutique from top to bottom and did it beautifully. I used to see Kayti and Kelly at Blush , so I understand their horrible background when it came to ownership. Kellys place is nothing like Blush . In fact, they blow them out of the water. I RECOMMEND THIS TO ALL OF MY GIRLFRIENDS AND FAMILY ! Don't get down on what that lady had to say, you guys. You are the best Milwaukee has to offer ! Xo

I first found out about Paulina last summer after a wonderful dinner at Le Reve. I live in Tosa, so Im always excited to see how cool the Village is becoming. As we were snooping at the windows the owners (Kelly and Dan) greeted us at the door and even gave us a tour so we could see their work in progress. This is just the first example of how they go out of their way to make me feel special and important every time I call or come into Paulina. Kelly has since set up a personalized skin care regimen for me (have you SEEN my glow!?) The professionalism, attention and wit I receive from both Kelly and Dan makes me look forward to every appointment (yes, even THOSE appointments!) The Tosa community is lucky to have such a wonderful family business, and I know they will be here for many, many years to come ;)

THE only place to go in Milwaukee for waxing. Extremely friendly, professional service. Great atmosphere. You will feel relaxed and at ease during your waxing. Paulina, or one of her highly qualified staff, will have you sorted out quickly and as painlessly as possible. They are great with sensitive skin too! I have never had a bad experience. This is the only place I would recommend to friends.

This place is amazing! I have had eyelash extensions with Nicole and a facial with Kelly. They were so accommodating for fitting me in to get a facial before a wedding I have to attend. I will now be getting regular eyelash fills and have been set up on a facial regimen tailored to my needs. Love this place. The neighborhood is super cute as well.
