I was on the receiving end of a Carter Creation this past Valentines Day and can easily say it was one of the most beautiful bouquets I have ever received! The flowers were so fresh and the colors so vibrant, all arranged beautifully! Even the handwriting on the card was lovely. And they were delivered with such a friendly smile! I was very happy with my gift from Carter Creations Florists.

We received poor customer service from this flower shop. They did the floral arrangements for my mothers funeral and arrived late with the flowers for the viewing. When we later complained about it, they were disrespectfully argumentative and denied it. I do not recommend this flower shop.
