This florist did my daughters wedding in May and it was AWESOME! Mari Sue met with both of us and offered lots of suggestions and expertise but never overwhelmed us and always encouraged my daughter to choose what was "Her". She understood our limited budget but made the final look totally Elegant (as stated by numerous attendees) and absolutely "Magical"- (another description heard often). The dimmed lights set off the candle lit centerpieces- some with Orchids in tall vases with water lit from below and floating candles on top, some gorgeous red flower balls set on top of Eiffel tower vases lit from below and some triple vase pieces with red roses, orchids and candle light! The brides bouquet was stunning and became the center of many of our favorite photos. The understated elegance of the bridesmaids Calla Lilies was beautiful as were the special pieces for church and the greeting tables. We were incredibly lucky- actually blessed- to have Mari Sue do my daughters Wedding flowers. Thank You Mari Sue- I was going to send you a Thank You card but I hope this will bring you more business! We couldnt have imagined anything more beautiful!

Working with Bouquets Baskets and Balloons was great and Mari could not have been more helpful for us. Our colors for the wedding were Orange and Gray and she did a great job of finding "darker whites" to go along with the orange flowers. Her expertise really helped us make decisions on the style and design of the different arrangements we wanted. Throughout the entire process we felt really comfortable working with Mari and that we would get exactly what we wanted. We would highly recommend Bouquets Baskets and Balloons to anyone.

I was pleasantly surprised, considering this was a last minute telephone order for an adult and a childrens table arrangement. Marisues careful attention to detail captured exactly what I envisioned. I have to admit, I was extremely nervous since I was not from the area and I had never met Marisue or stepped foot in the store. This will be my go to florist for all future events! I had received a casket piece and two side flower-stands for my mothers funeral/wake service. The roses were of several colors and beautifully coordinated with the golden color of the casket, accompanied by gladiolas and carnations. Visitors were impressed with the display, which was kept at the church the rest of the week.

I was recently at a book launch party at Chrystal Gardens on Navy Pier where the centerpieces were beautiful. I asked this florist for all of her information so I could use her for my parties. This florist did a beautiful job of decorating with flowers. She told me she also does balloons.
