The worst provider ever! I bought the Mexico-Canada plan in June. After crossing the Canadian border my phone was not working! No one at the AT&T store ever told me that I needed to add a $10 credit to the account. However, even after adding the $10 the phone was still not working. After returning to the US I called the customer service and asked to be reimbursed the amount I payed for a plan that I wasnt able to use since it was not working in Vancouver, BC. The supervisor at the customer service with a rather rude attitude told me that this cannot happen because the company has no such policy! By far the worst service ever!

Best Apple Store in the city of Madison!! This store manager knows how important customer service is through training. Ashley Retail Sales Consultant went above and beyond to make my iPhone 4 “old” transfer smoothly over to an iPhone 6 and then helped to make sure not only my phone had all business and personal information done correctly. She also offered to help me with my Bluetooth in my new vehicle. I left there feeling reassured that everything was complete so that I could get on to my busy workday. Thank you Ashley!! Brenda

Well, I now understand the negative reviews for this store. I waited for an hour and 20 minutes on a Sunday morning and still couldnt get waited on. I would ascribe this to being understaffed if it hadnt been that at least two of the reps were still waiting on the same customers when I left that they had been when I arrived. One has to question whether the training program is very effective. Rather than adding to my services with AT&T, Im now considering moving all of them to Charter Spectrum instead.

Jonathan was the guy who helped me and my new roommate set up our internet and television service. Everything was quick, smooth and he seemed really efficient. The other team members were helpful and friendly as well. I would say the only downfall was that come time for installation of the equipment at our new place the Directv would not connect/have an available signal to hook up to. Overall the store was great, it is not their fault the service was a little lousy. THANKS!

I Went on and asked about why my iPhone was full even though I had deleted a lot of the data and meta-data off of it. They said I had to get a brand-new phone, but all I had to do was call Apple service and have them walk me through the phone reboot. This is one of maybe 12 negative experiences I have had at this local store. The employees are incompetent.

Theyre staff are polite and friendly and when you have unlimited data and you use all your 22 gigs your data still runs fast this beats U.S anyday, but their accessories are WAY TO EXPENSIVE for a portable charger it was 80$ for my outter box case ot WAS 50$ thats TO Exspensive

When my S7 turned into a brick after a Samsung update, and I was stuck between an AT&T/Samsung finger-pointing match, the staff went the extra mile to get me the right info to get my phone reset, even staying late to make sure I had everything I needed.

The service was awful, and it took literally hours to do something that should have been done in 10 minutes. The staff seemed like they couldnt care less about the customers. I will avoid going back if at all possible in the future.
