My husband and I went into the store this morning, and after 10 minutes of being in the store and never being acknowledged we left. There were three employees working with customers, but even after one of the customers left the store, the employee still didnt acknowledge we were even in the store. Very poor customer service to have customers enter your store and none of the employees acknowledge they are there.

I cant even begin to say how amazed I am at the tremendous customer service that I received at the Hudson Sprint Store. First, they solved all the problems that I came into the store with and even recommended accessories for me that I have been needing! I have always been impressed with this stores service and want them to be recognized for their good work!

Great Staff at this location! I have been there three times now and each time they went out of their way to help me with my issues and/or questions. Im never going back to the Woodbury (MN) store again when I get so much better service here at the Hudson store.

Great customer service! Damon was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They helped me out in a bind when I needed a phone and mine was broken. Definitely will come back to this store with any issues or when I need an upgrade.

This store is the absolute worst. The employees have zero social and customer service skills. The personal hygiene of the employees is also atrocious. I absolutely dread going into this store every time.
