A Private User

I have bought appliances from Dunn & Seibert for nearly 20 years. As a builder I need to know that my products will be backed by reputable suppliers. I know that I can count on this locally owned and operated company to promptly service what they sell. I have found their prices competitive. Ive had customers supply their own appliances from national chains and cross my fingers when they arrive hoping they were not damaged in handling. Likewise you never know who will service them or when it will get done. Save yourself a lot if headaches. Stop by and see Sam.

At first, the sales man was very helpful, and answered my questions effeciently. However, after bringing my TV in for repair, the repair bill was triple the amount that I was qouted, and incidentally, within $100.00 of the original purchase price. Upon further research, this company wanted to charged me more than double the highest going price, for the part needing repair.
