I am surprised that Jade had a bad experience at this newer Dunkin Donuts location, because I have found the team at this particular one to be exceptionally friendly, always smiling, and eager to please the customer. I just wish they would bring back bear claws and the original "Dunkin" donuts with the handle as all-time favorite "oldies"!!!

Prices are higher than other locations by about 15% for coffee. Value meals are much higher than the other location on RT9. I had a 2$ difference for The breakfast #5. The service has improved since its opened. Food is good quality but the price literally drive me down the road on most days where its cheaper by a noticeable amount.

We frequent this location and the servers are usually great. We went through the drive thru on Saturday and the girl in the window was rude. (Flower tattoos on arm). She served my husband a hot coffee with a hole in the cup that looked like it was poked through with a straw. He ended up wearing hot coffee.

i have been going to dunkin donuts for about six months now and i never had an employee talk to me the way one of your employee did. i will never be going back to this establishment!! and i think the man that talked to me was wearing a blue shirt.

Bring the girls here all the time before or after dance. Service is always great, always a smile and a "Hi" for the littlest one. Beverages are made correctly and food is always fresh. Donuts are great but I come for the iced coffee.

Took my daughter in to get a couple donuts. She was unsure about a few flavors. So they were nice enough to give us a few to try for free so she would know if she liked them for next time. ALL the employees were very friendly

Wasnt able to apply teachers badge for free coffee even after showing the advertisement on the web...apparently it is not from Dunkin donuts. ...the add is very convincing so Im not sure if the establishment is correct or not

Pretty good coffee, pretty good Donuts. I was picking up a decaf with sugar free caramel flavoring for my diabetic wife. She said it was pretty good coffee on a cold rainy day.
