I was relatively new to the mall, not being familiar with the lay-out or store locations. I entered through Macy;s into the mall itself. I walked almost to an exit door in three different directions (quite a bit of walking, but could not locate a Mall Directory (the ones that EVERY mall in the U.S. has conveniently located everywhere!) Not ONE was to be seen. I called the Mall office and spoke to a young lady in "Customer Relations," (or what I suppose was to pass as customer service.) I was told that yes, they are very aware there are no directories conveniently located anywhere for customers, but "maps" are located everywhere. Not True! Not one was to be seen until a kind cleaning lady gave me and said she carried some with her because there were never any around, and customers were always asking her for one! The young lady in "CR" went on to say that the directory is located in the Center Court. "Maam, if I am new to the Mall, did not have my aerial map of the Mall with me, and no directions inside to point me in that direction, just how am I supposed to find the Center? Further, how would I even know that is where the Directory is located? "You could check one of the maps conveniently located around the Mall." Having experienced one of the most asinine examples of circular logic Ive encountered in quite a while, I knew "Customer Relations" was a complete dead-end. So, if you are going, do NOT count on any assistance from the Mall, nor think it is the least bit "customer friendly," or you too will get lost going in circles!!!

Very disappointed in the customer service experience. They repaired my phone on Monday evening and the added $45 screen fell off the next morning. I took it back to the Huntington Mall location where I originally made my purchase and was told there was nothing they could do about it. I could get a warranty on line and have a new one shipped to me. So due to their negligence and lack of experience I have to suffer. Do not take your cell phone here for repairs. They also put a piece in upside down a few months ago. After 2 strikes I think I will find somewhere else to go!!!

I was not able to go through the entire mall but was very impressed with the amount and quality of stores inside. The outside of the mall, however, was very plain and didnt look very inviting but once inside it was very charming. The stores I did visit had very friendly staff. One downfall I believe is that they only have strollers that can be rented at one entrance to the mall, which just happened to be the opposite side of the mall that I entered on, maybe having a few rentable strollers at all of the mall entrances would be better.

I would really like to know what happen to movie theaters you could go to a movie theater in watch a movie that was rated R in never show id let alone your dates id. Your parents can say it is okay for them to let there child to go on a date to watch a rated R movie. Why would they want to go on a date with their child with his or her boyfriend or girlfriend? Dont go to the movies here sure they are nice, but not worth the hastle of waiting in line, because they need to see everyones id that you are going to pay for that is stupid!

I have been to many malls throughout my life, however, my favorite mall of all times always stays the same!! Huntington Mall has anything that you could want from name brand clothing such as "Old Navy!" They have several places to eat in their food court, however, Chick-Fil-A is my favorite. They also have a theater if youd like to watch the latest movie out, and a game room for those video gamers. I highly suggest shopping here, I have for many years, and plan on continuing to do so. :-) ~*~ Ann ~*~

Thanks, too everyone who made this possible, A Changed Man

The Mall is unfortunately Cabell countys only main shopping area. The build up around the mall offers a pretty good variety of your typical chains, with most modern choices available. The actually mall itself is rather bit or miss. Their are a few stores which have their only local representation in the mall — Forever 21 and the Disney Store — but otherwise the mall has only the basest of typical stores to offer. Unless you have a reason to stop by, Id give it a pass.

We regularly stop here to give our kids a break on our travels from Beckley, WV to Lexington, KY. Its great because there is a train the kids can ride on (for a fee) and there is a nice play area in the mall. However if you are looking ot eat at the food court.. selections are limited (but there is a chick-fil-a at least!). Its a clean mall with nice family bathrooms and hasnt been too busy in our stops.

Traffic pattern coming in and going out needs completely rethought, especially coming out. You have to cross other traffic lanes coming the opposite way and they have to cross you with nothing indicating right of way. And it all must be done very quickly to get to the Wal-Mart area or get to interstate. The shops are standard every mall shops. Mostly clean. Food court has a nice openness to it.

Seems to be the place to go for the area. Difficult traffic pattern makes it crazy to get from one outside location to another. Locals know their way. Drivers always seemed very courteous to me as a drive but not as a pedestrian. Google maps navigation for leaving and heading to Charleston needs lots of work because of traffic pattern and barricades.

Love the mall. Dont really like the people that like to judge ya for just walking into the place. Can usually find whatever I need from the mall either in the main building, or in the adjacent shops. The parking is a little messed up, the roads a little confusing, but as long as you pay attention to your surrounding you should be fine

Good variety of shops and restaurants as well as many nearby retail outlets. However, traffic is a little hard to manage as the (former) main entrance, where the main sign is located is a one-way exit from the mall, which seems strange. You have to either take the West Mall exit or drive all the way around the mall to enter.
