This used to be one of my favorite coffee shops in Yelm. After this last experience, i will not return. My wife found crumbled up staples in the bottom of her frappe. Not only is that ridiculous it could have been deadly if ingested. When we returned it customer service seemed to not be present. They could of offered a gift card for a free drink or something. I work in customer service. You make it right with the customer so they return. They just said we dont use staples here so it couldnt have been us. And said what do you want from us? Whether or not it was them or not you bite the bullet and make it right with the customer. They said the owner would call us to speak with us and it never happened. I would have taken a sincere apology and a free drink voucher and been on our way. But it seemed like we had to beg to get anything out of this business. Customer service reflects your business and it was not good. So 1 star. Youve lost our business for good.

Every time my husband and I have gone here they mess up our orders and we end up throwing away our drinks because they taste terrible. I miss the one in Tacoma, the baristas there actually listened when we told them our drink orders. Very unimpressed and after our third try here with no success we wont be coming back. Waste of money! Asked for a strawberry, blue rasberry, cherry rockstar with cream and got some gross drink that has no strawberry and tastes like it has pineapple. My hubby got a purple mermaid with cream instead of lemonade and they put cream and lemonade.... Second time they have done this. Would not recommend. We spent eleven bucks just to throw our drinks away.

Ok to start off with they have great tasting drinks and im there every other day getting a drink but here are 2 things that kinda grossed me out 1--------------some pregnant girl put my glass to her head to keep the sun out of her face while she was talking to her friends at another window I would have chewed her butt if she wasnt pregnant 2--------------I was there getting a drink and some ladies boyfriend/husband was in there carrying a dog around where all of the drinks are being made that is soo nasty...... excuse me can i get a coffee hold the dog hair that is shedding in to the mixture

I went here after seeing their HUGE eggnog latte sign, I am not a huge coffe fan but I love a good latte now and again. Now there was two things that bothered me, one it was 5 dollars! For a medium coffee and second the latte tasted just like strong bitter coffe, NO flavor of eggnog what so ever. I took one drink was disgusted took one more to make sure then threw the whole thing away. What a waste

I love this place I feel that all the girls are very sweet they carry on a conversation with you while they make your drink unlike other places if they are busy they have your drink made for you when you get to the window they always talk to my kids when they are with me instead of ignoring them like I have had other places do best coffee place ever good job girls

I have been a customer of cafe Elite for years. I love this place, I hate that there are certain people who walk away while Im trying to give my order...then get my order wrong and dont even care! The customer service it crap at times.

I ordered a 20 oz White Mocha Caramel Espresso Milkshake and instantly wish I had ordered the 24 oz, it tasted amazing. I got a breakfast sandwich with it and it was equally amazing, I will definitely come back.

Their Rockstar mimosas are delicious (try the blue or strawberry lemon drop!) Although I dont like paying 4 something for one drink I do indulge every once in a while!
