Worst shopping experience ever!!! First, the fitting room door came off the hinges and fell on me. Luckily a customer was there and heard my screams because that door was so heavy and I was hurt. Took me ten mins to track down an employee to explain what happened. In the midst of him getting a manager, I saw a cockroach right in the aisle. I took video footage of the incident (not the actual door falling on me but the after math and the roach) if anyone wants to see email me and I will send you a copy.

Wanted to return few items, couldnt find an original receipt, but each item had original tag from the store so I thought it would be enough. They say you have to present original receipt, I said the items are unopened unused and have tags from the store, they said who cares. Well never see me again, other stores do it for a re refund or at least give store credit.

I heard about this location opening recently and it was already over picked when I got there. I went here looking for a rain coat and their selection of jackets was really disappointing. Im not sure if its because its still new and they were waiting for stock but they hardly had any jackets to choose from.

This prices and staff are okay. Its just that the place always seems to have a funky smell and the aisles can get super messy. As well as the products/clothes were often really out of order when Ive been.
