Look... Over all I love this place. I think its rediculous that they have restricted tasting hours. I mean how hard is it to have some one sampling for customers? Im way more app to buy something when im sampling and the person recommends something. The selection however, is amazing for this area. Wa doesnt really have good options for large wine outlet type stores like other states have. Total wine and more is just that.

Ive been there several times and each time, Ive had a knowledgeable employee give me great suggestions. Theyve introduced me to an ale I actually like (Im not a great beer person) and some harder stuff that was cheaper and better tasting than I had currently liked. Also, extremely large selection of every type of drink, even some Id never heard of. Would definitely recommend.

My Mum and I went into Total Wine in the earlier hours of Total Wine being open. It was very clean, the music played was at a very good volume, the staff were very friendly, polite, helpful, and very knowledgeable. Ill definitely take the 50 minute drive up there the next time I need some Wine & More.

Would give no stars if possible. Went on my lunch break to grab chips and pay with cash. Was denied because I didnt have an ID, even though I wasnt purchasing alcohol or paying with card. Absolutely ridiculous. Ill be going across the street to BevMo for everything now.

Horrible customer service. No one is knowledgeable about their own product. Only good thing was the decent selection I had to go find myself. Hard to come here on a regular basis when Bevmo is a few short minutes away.

Great place, massive selection and always willing to help. They found more of my Crabbies Ginger Beer in the cooler when I thought theyd run out. The guy brought it right up. Prices are pretty good too.

I always like going to Total Wine! Prices are comparable to Bevmo but the staff here is WAY more helpful and courteous, if the whiskey/bourbon selection was better itd be 5 stars
