Very poor experience. I live in Texas, and I ordered a bottle of Chateau dYquem through their website for Thanksgiving. More than a week later, I was informed by email that they cannot ship wine to Texas (which is odd, since other distributors in New York have done so for me). I was informed that I had to go to the added expense and trouble of obtaining a common carrier, which was impractical. All this could have been avoided if their website had informed me at the time of my order; after all, my shipping address in Texas was quite clear from the start. Instead, I was not informed for quite some time and obviously the wine never got to us for the holidays. I do not recommend this company.

Great little wine shop. Good selection, good advice from the thin young man with the beard, and a 10% discount for a case lot.
