This was by far THE WORSTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT customer service experience I have ever experienced in my entire life. I drove 2 hours to the clostest sprint store because my 7 week old phone is having severe mechanical issues even after I tried to have the phone replaced when the issue first surfaced after owning the phone for 3 weeks and taking it back to this store as it was the original place of purchase. Not only did they offer me no solution other than giving me a used phone or purchasing another 500 dollar phone after having the item for 7 weeks but the sales woman who was reportedly the manager of the store yelled at me, told me i was a liar in front of about 8 other patrons in the store! She was rude, combative and condescending from the minute I approached the counter. She was dead set on NOT helping me the minute I opened my mouth. Short of using profanity towards me she verbally abused me in public and refused to even listen to my story. I have already made a complaint against her as well as the store for this S*&T show! I will be leaving sprint and moving to Verizon as soon as humanly possible. BTW, I have been a dependable Sprint customer for 9 years. THANKS FOR NOTHING! SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE AND DRIVE THE EXTRA HOUR TO A REAL SPRINT STORE.

I was told the Palm Pre would sync with iTunes Plus I asked if it will work with my Mac and I was told Yes on both questions! The Palm Pre did Not sync with iTunes !! When i tried to return my phones it did not go so well. I called Sprint and the customer service tried to call however the phone number Sprint had went to Sears !! I had to give Sprint the store number !!! This location is not a corporate Sprint store and my opinion is stay away from this Kitsap Mall outlet 3rd party sprint dealer and Drive to the corporate location just down the street I am sure you will get a much better experience p.s. The comment below by James sounds funny to me as I was told by the field supervisor that this sprint location just opened 3 days ago, so James left his remarks in March hmm...

Experienced a bait and switch. What they told us the cost of the phones would be was not what came on our bill. Could not get any help online, We had to go into the store for help. What we experienced in the store was a total lack of customer service. To many people think a smile at the door is great customer service. What a customer really wants is to connect with the sales rep and have them understand the problem the customer is having. I have never been talked to so rudely in a place of business, never. I will never go into this store ever again. As far as sprint goes as a carrier, they lost our three lines. It took an hour and a half on the phone before I got a customer service rep to fix the problem.

Stopped by today to buy my husband a charger for his phone. There are more people working there then the last time I was there which was months ago when I got my husband his phone now. Anyways, I was being rung out and two other employees came out from the back room, a guy and a girl. The guy turns to the girl that came out of the back room with him and asked her if she saw the latest yelp review, of course I was curious so here I am sharing. I didnt get anyones name but the vibe there is definitely negative. I got what I needed but there is no personality in that store. Kind of makes sense why theres a Now Hiring sign on the glass door when you walk in :)

Id give them less than one star, I just got a Moto E4 on amazon, and sequim closed down for good and had great people.. Anyways, I drove all the way up there with my new phone and no sim, and the lady I talked to was short and condescending, and told me im SOL in laymans term and also told me to go check out best buy for a SIM. I felt unwelcome and not helped the slightest. Go to Kitsap Mall or Paulsbo, they literally had one person there and she did nothing to alleviate my problem.

By far the worst store Ive been to. Severely lacking in customer service skills, the staff will argue and interupt you while you attempt to simply explain what is wrong. The staff seems to almost always direct people to drive the 45 minutes to tacoma for anything more than upgrading devices. My suggestion, take the time to go elsewhere first.

Dont waist your time with these incompetent people. They lie about how much the cost of your bill will be. The hidden fees and bad customer service are asinine. They told me i would have free unlimited data and then boom i get told i cant now and they said there is nothjng they can do. This place needs shut down fir good.

Mark Alvarez is the rudest attendant I have ever dealt with at Sprint. I actually avoid the Silverdale store due to having to deal with him. DO yourself a favor and go to Poulsbo or Gig Harbor. Youll get MUCH better service.
