5/3/17 630pm - Customer service is everything. At first when me and my daughter walked into the store, you saw 5 people by the register, no greeting, cool. Saw the windbreaker my daughter has been searching for and went to the fitting room to try on. Waited for someone to see us waiting by the fitting rooms because the doors were locked. Nope, but now 6 people standing by the register. I go over and ask for assistance. One kid woke up while standing and helped us. All the while I am thinking these people suck at customer service. I work for a specialist and when those patients walk through the door, our attention is at the door on the patient and we are engaging. This person has chosen our clinic and contributes to our bottom line. Anyway, there was one person, Patti (?) who went above and beyond that changed my mind about this store. We needed a size small and she checked inventory that showed one. It was on the mannequin. She took the jacket off the mannequin without hesitation. I mean the mannequins arms were off and another girl came to help with the mannequin hands so the jacket could come off. We bought the jacket and we were happy customers because of Patti. I wanted to send this thank you and shout out to her! You rock! By the way, I have two kids who work for Nike outlet in Marysville and Burlington. They are very busy stores who get what customer service is about. These standing people need to experience that environment and see how it works. Thanks again Patti and the gal who helped!

Awful customer service experience. The store wasnt busy this afternoon. Wanted to try a couple of pair of shoes upstairs on the second floor and the customer service rep helped everyone on the bench I was at but me, even when I waited for him to finish helping everyone else and then he disappeared. I decided to try my luck downstairs with other shoes I liked. The customer service rep there asked everyone looking at shots of they needed help, not me, the only one at a bench holding a shoe waiting to be acknowledged. That was just rude, so I left but the same rep was so quick to put the shoe I left on the bench back on the display as soon as I walked out, saw him from outside. Nike, your products cant always sell by themselves. I was looking to replace a total of 4 pair of shoes today but with the lack of customer services I received Ill go somewhere else and purchase other brands. I also tried emailing Nike but their site made contact them very difficult so I ended up sending them a tweet. I would give them a zero star rating if it was possible.

Went picked out shoes. Dude went to the back, I put em on etc etc etc. so as I was going to take it to the register I noticed the box had a sticker on the bottom that said "floor model" or some wording to that effect so I asked the dude whats up with that? I want shoes new that Im paying for not some whack ass floor model wtf Nike. Btw the store sucks for force ones, and AirMax. And to the dude dont b a weasel an sell worn items...straight idiot. I dont know if these people get some kind of sales percentage but if they do it would seem what he did make sense. If thats the last one tell a muthafuka am not try to pick up a measly buck or two. Never to b back. Mall carriers and other independent carriers who sell Nike have better service and better selections than this downtown location tucked right in the middle of homelessness junkies and other whatevers asking for stuff. Stay away buy Nike bit just not here

I called at 4pm to verify that their website was correct and they close at 8pm on Sunday. The guy who answered the phone told me yes, theyre open until 8pm. I drive 2 hours and pay $8 to park, only to get there at 7:10 and they have a note on the door saying they are closing early (7pm) for a staff meeting. I asked The lady at the door letting staff in why I was told 3 hours ago when I called that theyre open until 8? She said "i dont know. They gave you the wrong information." Okay... so are you reimbursing the me for gas, my wasted 3.5 hour round trip drive and the $8 I had to pay to park for 5 minutes? I was appalled by the rude and careless attitude of the staff. Perhaps they should verify information before giving it out over the phone.

Store staff was very helpful and they all seem to have a great attitude. I went during a very busy time and they did a great job of getting customers in and out. While waiting in a long line, they pulled customers paying with a credit/debit card and checked them out using an iPhone with a card reader. Very efficient and a great use of technology. My only complaint is that I couldnt help but feel like despite its size (it has two floors), there doesnt seem to be a lot of mechanise. It feels like theres a lot of empty space and there were basic items they either did not have or there was a limited selection (i.e. one color).

I purchased a Nike fuel band and it stopped holding a charge. I went in to see if I could get it fixed and was told since it was not under the 1 year warranty they could not do anything for me. Ive always been a huge Nike fan but Ive been really disappointed with the fuel band as a product and the Customer Service I received in response to this issue. I have looked and there isnt even a place that I can buy replacement batteries. So now the fuel band is ultimately useless to me and I dont want to buy another one only for this to happen again and met with the same lack of help.

Got trapped in the elevator from the creepy underground bathroom with 2 of my friends for 20 minutes had to press the emergency help button and even then we were assisted by someone at the fire station over a small speaker he escorted us through what to do to get out successfully, but it was a very scary experience and we received no compensation whatsoever and nothing more than a rude "what took so long" look from one of the staff members.

Nice showroom layout and retail space. A bit pricey, obviously not enough discounts compared to an outlet mall. Wish could have had more variety and options to select from in many departments, though they do have newer and better models to try and experiment from. I got an exchange done in reasonable time with good help from the checkout and staff folks in the Shoes section.

NIKE should be ashamed of themselves. Having Trinity Building & Construction management of Wilmington Massachusetts build their store, then not paying the bill of the contractors doing the work for them. And now selling items to the public from which they robbed the moneys due them from construction. Very poor character as a company.

Amazing Nike store. Biggest selection and the latest in store technology. Yes all of the staff are young kids but they are good at their job and know EVERYTHING about the products. Please disregard the bad reviews from the old cranky people. And they allow you to try any shoe for 30 days and return it for a different pair.
