I went to this store to do a little Christmas shopping. I was in the store less then 5 minutes when I was asked by a store employee "What are you doing here" meaning in the store. The young man followed up with " what do you want". When I told him I was there shopping and did not need his help he stood there just glaring at me. He spoke to a fellow employee who then approached me I told him I didnt require help he too stood close by just staring at me. When I realized these kids had profiled me as a shop lifter U I was at first embarassed but that quickly became anger and I left that store vowing to not return. I have never been treated as rudely by an employee at a retail store as I was today. All I can say is Merry Christmas to everyone at the Big5 at Westwood Village and hope they too find this seasons spirit and their eyeglasses.

I went in there today may 28 2.15 pm her name is Crystal Diaz I bought watch I spent all nite I couldnt program this she on her lunch break she took time out to fix my watch I wont forget get this she went out of her way for me I couldnt do it Melissa Cody I tell every act of kindness go long way

Still sparse on the shoe styles but employees seem to have improved a bit in attitude, and the managers improved immensely. Store located between starbucks to the east and 24hr fitness to the west, directly south of the marshalls entrance, and east of BB&B entrance.

Went there for the first time last night. Asked an associate in the shoe department for help and she seemed annoyed that I disturbed her and she was very rude. The sales floor was cluttered and not well organized from my viewpoint. I wont go back if I can avoid it.

Great selection of athletic/active was and gear, as well as fort outdoor sports and camping. Lots of variety. Great competitive prices, even compared to Amazon. And yo can get trail passes and licenses here also.

I love shopping at Big 5, it has many different brands that some places dont all carry do you get a much bigger selection and goods deals all year long!

Way overpriced and they dont offer a military discount. They do have a pretty good selection on a variety of different sports equipment.
