From the moment I walked in I was ignored. It wasnt until the woman behind the desk stopped talking to whoever was in the back about the arnold schwarzenegger scandal that my presence was even acknowledged. I told her I was looking for Stephanotis flowers and she asked me if I was "trying" to make my own corsage for prom (Im 25 years old, I hope I dont look like Im going to prom). After I explained that I was playing with different flower arrangements for my wedding, she walked to the back without so much as a "be right back" and when she returned, she informed me that the flower I was looking for was $25 a bloom. I tried to clarify whether that meant $25 per flower and she replied "yes" in a very condescending tone. I went next door to Safeway and a very friendly attendant quoted me a price of $1.50 per flower. Guess whos getting my business for the wedding? Avoid if youre looking for good deals and/or customer service.

Guys listen up: Your lady will react better to flowers from this place than from any super market, or anything like that. On special occasions, I used to always make sure I went to Bear Creek Florist... and Id just buy flowers for the heck of it from Safeway... but seriously, now I go to these kind folk for EVERYTHING! Their prices are great for the kind of service and product quality you get. The people are a delight to work with, and their selection is fantastic. I have been going to this florist for years now. Not one bad experience. Ive called them with only a few moments notice and they helped me out of a bind. Seriously, Ill never buy from safeway or other places like that again. They just cant compare.

I worked mainly with Lyndell! She is the best! So patience, understanding, helpful, and has such a positive attitude. You can tell she has worked with many brides, and has a in depth understanding for flowers and the mechanics that goes into them on your big day. We met with her multiple times and was always willing to make our meeting times work. She was patience while I verbally processed all of my wedding chaos into plans. You can tell her goal is to make you happy. She is so wonderful to work with, and even though my wedding was out of town I am so happy I decided to work with her! You can tell she is doing something she is passionate about and that really translates into her customer service !

I recently worked with Lyndell to plan the bouquets, boutonnieres and corsages for my wedding. She was absolutely delightful to work with. The first time we met I just walked into the store by chance and after chatting with Lyndell for just a few minutes I had already made up my mind. She was lovely, understood what I meant by "whimsical," was willing to look at things from a realistic perspective and the price was right. The flowers were ready the day before I was scheduled to pick them up and looked wonderful. Everything turned out just the way I had hoped it would!

They have unique gifts, hand bags, jewelry and of course beautiful flowers and plants. After making my selections and visiting with the friendly and helpful staff I made my purchase. My friend was suprised with the beautiful handbag and flowers and I found a new place to shop for unique gifts....stop in next time your in the neighborhood.

This is by far my favorite florist shop in the Greater Seattle Area and Eastside. This florist has been in the floral business for decades and it clearly shows in their top notch service and gorgeous floral arrangements. They also provide a great variety of lovely gifts in the shop that compliment a bouquet perfectly. The prices are also very good. Ive been a long time satisfied customer and I highly recommend Bear Creek Florist.
