Absolutely incredible experience here EACH AND EVERY TIME Im here. Shye is so talented and so sweet, she always goes above and beyond to assure Im comfortable and informed with whats going on my body. I now have more than 20 hours invested with her and am 100% thrilled with everything shes done. Id recommend her to anyone and everyone looking to get tattooed. Shye is also extremely fair with what she charges; she does not charge for breaks or set up/consult time. Although I havent been tattooed by the other two artists, Chris and Michael, they are both always very kind and welcoming to me. Love this studio, Ill never go anywhere else.

My girlfriend and I went in a little while ago for consultation, and Shye was extremely rude. She was condescending and disrespectful. She showed an extreme lack of costumer service and was just so degrading about our relationship - which is not even relevant to her work as a tattoo artist. Black Tortoise definitely lost us as customers. I would not recommend.

Cant say anything for the artist but the receptionist was extremely rude and insulting in regards to a tattoo that was in the progress of being finished by another artists shop. Turning away business at the door before even speaking with an artist about the art that I brought in solely as a reference is in bad taste and extremely bad for business

Ive had my septum, daith, rook and nipples pierced by Valerie @ Black Tortoise. Shes an amazing piercing artist, with great skills. Honestly, I cant say enough!!! If you want someone thats competent, knowledgeable and simply talented at their craft, go see her now!! Oh, and check out the jewelry she has available...Holy shi*!!!

Amazing, Mike did a phenomenal job. He worked with me on a design that I absolutely love. Definitely will recommend to anyone looking for a great place to get there ink done. Will absolutely be returning for my future tattoos. Thank you Mike for the time you took with me.

Mike did a fantastic tattoo. I came into his shop with an idea and he came up with just a phonomal drawing. I am always getting people telling me its the nicest one they have ever seen.

Couldnt be more pleased with tattoo! Chris nailed my expectations and then some. I wouldve gave 5 stars however, I wish we couldve utilized our time a little bit better
